Councillor Jeremy Pert is the elected member to Staffordshire County and Stafford Borough Councils for the area west of Stafford over to the border with Loggerheads and as far north as Trentham and most of the areas in-between (- for the exact area please see website—www.jeremypert.co.uk).

He has been an elected Borough Councillor for the past twelve years and prior to that was a Parish Councillor for ten years on Eccleshall Parish Council.He is the Cabinet Support Member for Community for Stafford Area at County.

He is heavily involved with numerous community groups including Eccleshall Eagles Junior Football Club, Stafford Together, Stafford United Charities, etc.

CURRENT ROLES WITHIN THE
BOROUGH COUNCIL

 Since the 2023 election he now serves on the Planning Committee, the Community Well Being Scrutiny Committee. Member of the Public Appeals Committee and Employee Appeals & Disciplinary Committee, member of the development Working Group, Council's representative on the Stafford District Arts Council, representative on the Cotes & Standon Community Centre Management Committee,

Peter is the coordinator of the Eccleshall Voluntary Car Scheme and a volunteer at the Eccleshall Library. He is a member of the Stafford Rotary Club and currently its secretary . He is a member of the Eccleshall Community Centre Committee.

He is the chairman of the ACCESS organisation for Stafford and area.

Peter and his wife Joy are volunteer front of house staff at the Stafford Gatehouse Theatre, Peter is also a Volunteer FOH Manager there.

He has been an elected member of the Eccleshall Parish Council for 28 years

Both Jeremy and Peter were re-elected
on 4th May 2023 for a four year term to the Stafford Borough Council.
